Trust me, this will be one of the best salsas you've ever had.
Jalapenos:
To control the level of heat in this salsa, you can remove the ribs (the white parts that hold the seeds) and seeds from the inside the jalapeno to make it milder. Leave them in to make it spicier.

1 10-oz can Rotel
1 14-oz can diced tomatoes (I like to use fire-roasted, but you don't have to)
1/2 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, smashed
1/2-1 jalapeno
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cumin
Handful of cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
